Atlantic Blue Consulting, Inc. is based in Miami, Florida, and is the successor of Blazejack & Company. From 1987 to 2020, Blazejack & Company provided commercial real estate valuation and counseling services, and was operated by brothers John A. and Thomas J. Blazejack.
J Guthrie (Jay) Mlinar, MAI, SRA joined the firm in 2012, adding over 25 years of experience in complex commercial real estate valuation services. Jay Mlinar was named the Managing Director of the Miami office in 2019. Thomas Blazejack retired in 2020, handing the real estate advisory and valuation functions of Blazejack & Company to Mr. Mlinar, who now provides those services to clients under his firm, Atlantic Blue Consulting, Inc. Mr. Mlinar founded Atlantic Blue Consulting, Inc. in 2021 to continue to serve the advisory and valuation needs of their esteemed clients.
